Privacy Policy
Deepline Operations ("we", "us", "our") is an AI operations agency led by Mo Roowala in Jersey City, NJ. This page explains, in plain English, what information this website and our services collect and what we do with it.
Information we collect
- Booking a call. When you schedule a call through Calendly, we receive your name, email address and anything you write in the booking form. Calendly's own privacy policy also applies.
- The AI Ops Scorecard. The Scorecard is calculated in your browser from your answers; no AI model reads them. When you enter your email to see the full report, we receive that email together with your answers (first name, company, industry, team size, revenue band, tools, time sinks, admin hours, hourly cost and the other Scorecard questions) and the computed scores. The form is processed by a third-party form service that forwards your submission to us by email; that provider stores the submission on our behalf.
- Emails you send us. If you email mo@deeplineop.ai, we keep that correspondence.
- Client data. When you hire us, we may access business data you choose to connect (for example email, CRM, QuickBooks or Xero exports) only to deliver the work you asked for.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use it (heatmaps, scroll depth and anonymized session replays). Clarity sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed, clicks, device and browser type. Clarity loads only if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. If you click "Decline", it never loads. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage, and you can change it anytime with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Microsoft's privacy statement applies to Clarity data.
Like any website, the hosting provider (GitHub Pages) and content delivery networks that serve our scripts (jsDelivr, unpkg) may receive your IP address and browser information when the page loads.
How we use your information
We use your information to schedule and run calls, prepare for the Teardown or follow up on the Scorecard you requested (and occasional useful follow-ups you can unsubscribe from), deliver client work, and improve this website. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or business data with third parties for their own marketing.
Data security and retention
Client data is handled confidentially, accessed with your own logins where possible, and used only for your project. Contact information is kept for as long as we have a business relationship or until you ask us to delete it. Diagnostic exports are deleted within 30 days of delivery unless we continue working together.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing mo@deeplineop.ai.
