Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of deeplineop.ai and the services offered by Deepline Operations ("we", "us"), run by Mo Roowala in Jersey City, NJ. They're written in plain English. If anything here conflicts with a signed proposal or agreement, the signed document wins.

1. Using this website

You can browse and share this site. Please don't copy its design or content for commercial use, try to break it, or use it to send spam. Content here is general information, not legal, tax or financial advice.

2. Our services

Every build (the AI Ops Audit, back-office automations, inbox and EA systems, campaigns, content pipelines, team AI setup and custom software) is scoped and priced in a written proposal after a call. The proposal sets the deliverables, timeline, price and payment terms.

3. You stay in control

Inbox and EA systems we build are drafts-only unless you explicitly decide otherwise in writing. Financial write-backs (for example to QuickBooks or Xero) run with review steps. You're responsible for reviewing and approving anything the systems draft before it's sent or posted.

4. Your data and accounts

You own your accounts, logins, data and the outputs we build for you. We access your systems only to do the agreed work, and we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Please only connect data you have the right to share.

5. Third-party tools

Our work relies on third-party services (for example Google Workspace, QuickBooks, Xero, Slack, Shopify, Grok Bot or Claude Cowork). Their terms, pricing and availability are set by those providers, and we're not responsible for their outages or changes.

6. AI outputs

AI systems can make mistakes. We design review steps to catch them, but you're responsible for checking important outputs (prices, invoices, contracts, customer messages) before acting on them.

7. NJ AI Setup Day

The first 5 seats are $500, then $750, with a maximum of 15 businesses. Registration is handled through the event page (https://luma.com/e18kagfu); the venue is sent to registered guests about 10 days before. Refunds and transfers for events and engagements are set out in your written proposal or event confirmation. If we have to cancel or move the event, you'll get a full refund or a seat at the new date, your choice.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific work involved. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
